Q: What is your shipping policy?
A: We have a large selection of products available online that are ready to ship. Please call for availability of items. If your order cannot be filled completely, we will ship what is in stock, with the backordered items shipped as soon as possible. We ship using UPS and FedEx. Please alert us if you want us to use your shipping account. Please alert us if you want to receive the entire shipment in one box. Your shipment is safer when not shipped in very large, unwieldy boxes.  Custom pieces may take longer depending on the job, but we always strive to get your pieces done right and, in your hands, as soon as possible.

Return Policy:

At High Tech Scientific Glass, LLC, we always strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience. If for any reason you need to return an item, please request authorization from us first. We will work closely with you for a resolution; however, we

cannot be responsible for items returned without our authorization. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Shortages:

Please notify us immediately, but no later than 10 days after you receive your shipment, if you receive less quantity than you ordered or if you receive the wrong items.
